Because we serve freshly prepared food and perishable items, all sales are generally final. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.


1. Food Orders

Due to the nature of prepared food and perishable products:

  • We do not accept returns of food items.

  • We do not offer refunds for completed and properly fulfilled orders.

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us immediately.


2. Order Issues

If you experience any of the following:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Missing item

  • Quality concern

  • Order preparation error

You must notify us as soon as possible on the same day of purchase.

3. Delivery Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Sousa’s Grill is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services

  • Orders left unattended after confirmed delivery

Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.


4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if:

  • The cancellation is requested before food preparation has begun.

Once preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.


5. Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Sousa’s Grill directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
